When I go to "Mail," and then to "local folders" I find only some of the folder icons, and they have an sbd file extension. I have located my profile that contains my offline emails on my C drive and copied it to an external hard drive. But I am having problems backing them up. I am able to review the emails in my local folders offline. I not have adequate space to maintain these emails on the server. If you have not selected file to be made available offline, there will be no such files.Dear Dan: Although I have an IMAP account, I have created local folders and have intentionally moved the contents of each of the imap folders into my local folder files, thus moving these emails to my hard drive.
